Purchased the car tablet and like most I was initially sceptical of the quality in relation to the cost. We are constantly bombarded with offers and ads for everything under the sun, each one proclaiming to be the best available.

Delivery was prompt and the item was well packaged. The install was a breeze, and it hooked up to my Mitsubishi Triton seamlessly. It is integrated via Bluetooth and my Triton recognised it instantly.

The screen is crystal clear and easily read, a major upgrade from the OEM unit fitted to the car. It is now relegated to showing what tracks are playing! All other tasks I complete on the Car Tablet.

The unit has a couple of minor issues, but are easily remedied. The power cable that is supplied, to plug in for power, is on the large side and takes up a lot of dash space, but I easily replaced it with an aftermarket plug and cable, which tidied up the install.

The only other issue has been a rather annoying rattle when the engine was on, which was caused by the camera vibrating loosely. When it is extended it is not the tightest of fits and rattles annoyingly. I easily remedied it though with the insertion of a small felt pad between the camera and tablet body.

Care must be taken to position the camera correctly as the image will ripple if it gets bad reflections from the windscreen, but a bit of trial and error soon resolves this.

All in all, well worth the money and it is streaks ahead of the units offered on Amazon, etc!

I was sceptical buying a product online with a price that appeared too good to be true

but I shouldn't have doubted myself because the whole process was seamless and the product is exactly as advertised. I received an email confirming the order and constant tracking updates as soon as the tablet was dispatched from China. It was delivered to South Australia ten days after order. I had it installed him working about 10 minutes after opening the box and the process was exactly as advertised and shown in the U tube tutorials. My car stereo doesn't have an audio Jack so I use the FM transmitter on the tablet which works perfectly for music, map directions and hands free phone calling. I seriously can't believe how easy the setup was and how good the product is. The screen is crystal clear, responsive to touch controls and the dashcam has fantastic 4K picture quality.

This is a fair dinkum review from a very happy customer and I wish I had bought one earlier. Completely recommended

I'm glad I ordered this car tablet. It's plug and play. Never had a problem installing and connecting it. I have an old 2008 Ford car but I can't go places without my map. My phone can do just that but quite small and it's difficult when the sun is too bright. This car tablet just made me happy driving with my map and music. I regret not getting the camera for the back.

My car tablet went into my 2009 pontiac G8 which from factory has a blaupunkt head unit with integrated climate controls. There are multiple solutions available all at around $1000 or more car tablet gave me all the features i needed for a fraction of the price!

I looked at buying this for a couple of months as I was having problems with the head unit in my car eventually I bought one and to be perfectly honest I wish I had got it straight away I can't fault the thing excellent product I have now had the car head unit fixed but still use the tablet as far better

This was worth waiting for, very easy to set up and the quality of the product is out of this world.

No lag as soon as you start your car it powers up and connects to your phone.

I like to listen to Capital Radio so a I did was download the app on my iPhone and instantly it connects to through the CarTablet.

Excellent improvement in our 2003 Motorhome. The outdated equipement worked fine, but the Cartablet made an massieve upgrade in our little house on wheels! The visability o the screen is prefect and the backup camera with the extended cable is welcome and usefull addition!

My wife has a 15 Kia Sorento that missed Carplay by one year. We've been looking for options to add it in, all expensive and hard to do.

This is a great add in! It looks nice and adds the dash cam functionality that I like in my long drives as well.

My only regret is the slow Bluetooth in the car, but that is the original head unit, not the tablet. This is a perfect add in!

I own an 11 year old truck that doesn’t have Apple CarPlay. I had to spend $100+ per year to keep the map updated, then pay for $60 per month for XM. Now, for a small price, I can run Apple Music, Apple Maps and a bunch of other programs. It is fantastic. I placed it on my dash and use it every day. Gonna get rid of XM soon, within 2 months I will have saved more than the CarTablet cost.

If you’re on the border trying to decide, my recommendation would be BUY ONE NOW! You will be very happy!

Doesn't take long to install and thebandroidnauto does exactly as described and ok value for the price. It's an ok upgrade from my focus' factory fitted sync2 system as I now have android auto and all of my apps at my fingertips or with voice activation. A good but not great bit of kit 👍

Delighted with my CarPlay purchase. I use it in both my car and my daughter’s car, it transfers really easily using one of the 2 supplied mounts in each car. The screen is very clear, responsive and fast. Will probably purchase a second device and then fix power cable more permanently.

My vehicle did not have gps guidance and this car tablet works better than expected. I now get gps along with SiriusXM all bluetooth from my phone. Connects very easily every time. Screen is big and allows hands free which is required in most states. Super happy!

It took longer to unbox than it did to install it. Couldn’t be happier with it—especially at this price point. Works as advertised. Modern convenience and functionality in my classic Bronco; makes backroads more fun. (Haven’t tinkered w/brightness yet but know it’s easily adjustable)

Naturally was quite sceptical considering the cheap price, but I’m blown away by the quality and ease of installation. Can’t recommend it enough, if you want to give you older model cars a modern splash of love - get this bad boy!

This tablet works great. I have used it on several multi stat drives and it hasn't skipped a beat. I reverse mounted the suction cup to the windshield, which blocks the dashcam, but that is not an issue for me as I already have a dashcam mounted in my car. It connects automatically, which is nice, and it saved me thousands of dollars by not replacing my factory Bose stereo system, which has no issues. I use the 3.5mm audio jack and it connects with great sound quality with deep lows and high trebles. The only flaw I have noticed is that Waze doesn't switch to night mode on auto map mode. I will put a video up at some point of it too, but I have several pictures. I also like the fact that I can disable the function button for the dashcam.

I recently purchased a Cartablet BMW unit for my motorcycle and have been so impressed with the quality and design that I decided to buy a CarTablet Pro Max™ for my car also.

Purchased an additional mount elsewhere as I preferred the look of it overhanging the dash and wanted out of the view of the windscreen and since I have another dash cam I am not using the camera but for navigation and music purposes this is ideal. As my phone Bluetooths to both the car and the tablet I have no wires at all other than the power cable. Would honestly recommend this to anyone who wants car play in their older car!

I have installed the car tablet on my BMW Z4 2003. I was very happy. I did not have to do any wire installation. It was only a plug in into a cigarette lighter and connected to the existing FM Radio of the car. Grate Sound

I started a few years ago with CarPlay Box, and loved it in my 2021 BAIC BJ40L. When I saw the Cartablet and the newer sleeker screen, it was a no brainer to do the upgrade in this same vehicle. The add on of the dashcam was definitely worth it, and the ease of setup and literally plug and play technology that I was used to with my previous device, makes this a win/win all the way around! I was hesitant to go through with purchase as I had a negative experience with a different model through a different vendor. I have been using this display for a few weeks now. I have used CarPlay and Android Auto. Both have worked flawlessly and has been an invaluable supplement to my existing rudimentary smart display. The size is also great for these aging eyes. Excellent product with an excellent price. I highly recommend it for an older vehicle.

Got a 20 year old Atos and really needed some carplay features. Thought I'd give it a try and I can say it has been really great. Setting it up with the FM function is the most hussle free option and so far it has been a smooth experience. Definitely recommended especially since they often offer a lot of discounts.

Overall set up processes is as easy as ABC. View cam is clear and good view angle. Using FM transmitter to link the audio to existing car speakers is very good as my existing audio outlet is located rear side of my car audio system thus to use hardwired then I will need to remove out the current audio system and which very difficult especially my car of 25 years and potentially it will breaks the pins , brackets etc.....

I love it how it records straight away while driving and you can play it back and you have an option to delete videos if you wish. And the Bluetooth music via my mobile phone. Maps as well I’m glad I bought it the best thing I ever have done 👍

My 2015 MustangGT does not have navigation nor does it support Android Auto. I looked into updating my screen and it ranged from $900 to $1,300. For $120 the CarTable Pro does it all! Was easy to install and connected. I hard wired it to my car and I could not be happier.

This product popped up in my social feed and at first I was skeptical. However after research, reading reviews and a sale that seemed too good to be true I thought I'd give it a shot. This product works great! I put in my 2015 Toyota Yaris which worked perfectly as I assumed it would as it is a newer vehicle. The true test was my 1982 Cadillac Sedan de Ville. Sure enough it connected through the old cigarette lighter and tuned it to an empty FM station and it worked seamlessly! I was getting Sirius XM radio and Google Map directions like any modern day vehicle.

My only complaint is that it doesn't appear to be able to save multiple phone profiles as I had to clear the settings from the Toyota to the Cadillac. A minor inconvenience for sure so nothing terrible.

Overall I highly recommend for anyone with cars that do not have Apple Car Play/Android Auto natively built in and especially for those with vehicles that predate USB. Also for those with older cars where the cigarette lighter doesn't work, you can plug the system into a power brick and that will work as well.

This is quite simply the best, most affordable and most elegant solution to my problem. I have wired android auto in my car but because the UK is ridden with potholes, the slightest knock would end the connection. I'd even bought a dedicated android head unit to replace the existing unit. It was great but call quality was terrible as it used an in built mic on the unit. I then sceptically tried this, reverting back to the stock unit, and it's great, flawless and easy to install. Full marks. Buy one.

I have to admit I was skeptical. But I even figured out how to install it in my car and if I can figure it out anyone can it works so good I love it so much. The only thing I wish they would do is make one for Apple users that has a MagSafe Attachment to it.

I mounted mine in a 2016 Land Rover at first I was struggling to get the speakers to work then I realized it was a car problem so I switched from my phone to auxiliary and then it started working great!

Definitely will be buying another one for my other car. I love it!

Excellent Screen and resolution. Fits well in my 2004 Nissan Titan LE which had no screen at all. Offers lots of features to bring tech up to date in my truck. Anroid auto and google maps work perfectly and play all my music through the trucks speakers. Overall very happy with this product and can switch it to any vehicle as needed. The only negative is trying to run the reverse camera to rear of truck, don't think the cable wires are long enough to reach. I am still trying to figure that one out. I recommend this pro max to anyone looking for latest tech and upgrade to there vehicle. Thanks again Car Tablet great product! Happy customer.

The Cartablet works well and was a great addition to my pre carplay Cascada convertible. Much more practical and less hassle than a new head unit. Have bought the reversing camera but have not installed as yet. Very happy to recommend.

It works really well with my 2015 Toyota Camry.

However, the suction cup holder’s plastic parts tends to expand when car is parked under the scorching heat of Florida and it becomes loose and will move around. The suction cup is doing pretty well tho.

I can’t use the other holder as my dashboard doesn’t really have a flat surface, so it can’t sit straight.

Other than that, it works great.

I use it for my 2005 Honda Civic. Navigation is a big help for me traveling 29 miles a day to work & home with this 10 inch screen that my IPhone navigation mirror to this car tablet & also just one press, it records infront of your car while driving. At first you have to learn where the settings are like the sound of navigation if you want it on phone or speaker.

This product is awesome. I use it in my police cruiser and sure does help with my navigation during my shift. It helps with my safety and policing. Thanks for the great product! I recommend it to anyone wanting to upgrade their vehicle.

Went from a 2020 Ford focus to a 2011 Renault wind. I lovevthe little thing but it was missing one detail that the Ford had , apple car play.

On a whim I bought the car tablet and it’s now even better than the Ford was as it had the addition of a dash cam

I got mine a few weeks ago and I’m loving it. I was 10 years without any driving practices and used to drive on the left side back home. Now I got a car and I’m driving on the right side.. that said, I can’t be any distracted from the road as my automatic instinct is still on the left side of the road. Using the car tablet has helped me to not touch my phone for maps and to see the road ahead with more clarity and safety. Also, it’s so easy to install that it seems like a toy. You literally get it out of the box, plug two cables, turn the bluetooth on and you’re ready. All the instructions that comes up with are very clear. The delivery is fast. As a last note, it looks super cool and my friends that have seen it found it class!

I have a nice DAB radio in my car and love it! What I missed was a decent sat nav and dash cam, After looking through various sources I came across the Cartablet Pro,

I bought one with the reversing camera as an optional extra.

Setting up the Cartablet pro took no time at all as it’s plugnplay, connecting the reversing camera took a bit more work as I wanted to hide the wires, Tip: if you have a bigger vehicle, order the 10 meter extension cable.

All fitted in at a very reasonable cost and looks superb, I can still use my car radio if I want or my own music through car tablet.

If you’re looking for a good quality android or CarPlay unit! This could be the perfect solution for you.

I love the CarTablet Pro Max! The main goal was to have Waze and music installed in my car, and this covers this quite well. Sometimes it is hard to scroll in YouTube Music while driving as it opens whatever I touch, but works quite well otherwise. I had to spend a little bit more installing it as I wanted to hide the cables, so I took it to my mechanic. Also, the cord was a bit short to the reverse camera, so I had to install it to the window as it could not reach the back of my car if we put the the cables under it. Also it would be great to be able to read messages maybe, but I understand the purpose that only voice assistant is available to read your messages out loud.

Overall it's a great product, I love it!

We looked at the Cartablet for my husbands car as his is an older model and doesn’t have the car play new cars have. It was 1000% better than we expected. It’s the exact same tablet as you’ll find in a new car. Just plug it into the cigarette lighter and join the Bluetooth and away you go !! The quality of the sound is also much better. Definitely worth every penny and I highly recommend to everyone who doesn’t have the new tablet tec in their cars.

The product has good quality and provides most of the required hardware to mount it. I decided to bolt it to my dashboard using self-tapping screws. It is a plug-and-play product. I spent a few minutes connecting it to my phone. I added an SD card to start using the dashcam, but I still have to familiarize myself with all the features. So far, it met my expectations for navigation and audio connectivity to my 23-year-old car.

I drive many different car in my job, and mostly long distance. Mercedes, Jaguars, 50yr old Daimlers etc…

I needed something that was easily interchangeable and this is perfect! It also makes driving much safer than my phone. I use WAZE daily and the large screen is a Godsend!

I have now bought one for my Daughter which is permanently and firmly fixed to her dash with the metal plate supplied…She LOVES it!

I am now in the process of buying a third for my son!!

I was skeptical when looking at something to buy for the current car set up. I have a 2014 Honda that does not have CarPlay. The set up was easy took about 10 minutes. After setting up, using the unit was so easy. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t CarPlay in their car.

I am very satisfied with the delivery & how the Cartablet works. Setup was easy and it works just fine with the cars bluetooth system. Its great to have Apple Carplay working strait away as well as Spotify, Radio etc. Great system well worth the money.

Awesome device. Upgraded my 2019 sprinter van to apple car play and dash cam. Easy to setup in less than 10 minutes. I used a direct usb c connection from my radio directly to the CarPlay without having to use the 12 volt adapter.

My only complaint is that it took longer than anticipated for delivery, but perfectly understandable during Holiday rush.

The nav screen in my 2003 was starting to die, and I was looking for a way to upgrade my car without changing the stock components. The Pro Max was a pleasant surprise. The built in dash cam is very useful as well, as it saves me the trouble, for the moment, of installing a hardwired kit. Even with the FM transmitter, sound is crisp (save for some distortion on very heavy bass songs), the screen is bright, and response is snappy. All in all, a great product 👍🏿.
